Everything we sell ships from Nepal, to Nepal. Orders are paid online and dispatched once payment clears — that keeps the bottles sealed, the prices honest, and the handover simple for both of us.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Nepal — inside Kathmandu Valley and to all 77 districts.
We do not ship outside Nepal at the moment. If you’re ordering from abroad for someone here, that’s fine: pay online and give us their Nepali address and phone number at checkout.

Orders confirmed before [12:00 noon] usually leave the same day. Orders placed on [Saturdays and public holidays] are dispatched the next working day.
We send you a message when your parcel leaves us, and the courier calls you before delivery. Keep the phone number you gave at checkout reachable — it’s the number the rider will use.
How to pay
We accept online payment only. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Your order is confirmed the moment payment clears, and it goes into the dispatch queue the same day. Nothing is held, nothing is reserved on a promise.
We ask for payment up front for a simple reason: attar and perfume are sealed goods. Once a bottle leaves us it can’t go back on the shelf. Paying online keeps our prices where they are and keeps every bottle you receive untouched.
Payments are handled by the payment provider on their own secure page. We never see or store your card or wallet details.
Every order ships sealed
Each parcel is packed sealed and original, with the bottle protected for the road. If a parcel reaches you opened or damaged, don’t accept it from the rider — photograph it and message us the same day and we’ll replace it.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. All orders are paid online before dispatch. It’s the only way we can keep prices where they are and guarantee every bottle arrives sealed.
Is online payment safe?
Yes. Payment is completed on your provider’s own secure page — eSewa, Khalti or your bank. We never see or store your card or wallet details.
When will my order be dispatched?
As soon as payment clears. Orders confirmed before [12:00 noon] usually leave the same day; anything later goes out the next working day.
What if nobody is home?
The courier calls before delivery and will usually try again the next day. After [two] failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and we’ll contact you to arrange a resend.
Do you deliver outside Nepal?
Not at present. You can order from abroad, but the delivery address must be in Nepal.
