These terms apply to everything you buy from PG Forever Yours at [pgforeveryours.com]. Placing an order means you accept them, so please read them first.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Nepali law. You must give accurate delivery details — we can’t be responsible for a parcel sent to an address you typed incorrectly.

2. Our products

We sell attar (oil-based, alcohol-free) and perfume (alcohol-based sprays), both our own house and brands we stock such as Euro Valley Perfumes.

Everything we sell is 100% original. If a bottle ever reaches you that isn’t, we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary and packaging changes from batch to batch. Scent is personal — how a fragrance smells depends on your skin, and it will not smell the same on everyone.

Some attars are sold by weight and show Ask price instead of a number. Those aren’t priced on the site. Message us and we’ll quote you.

3. Fragrance safety — please read

Perfume and attar are for external use on skin only.

• Patch-test on a small area of skin before wearing a new fragrance, especially if your skin is sensitive
• Stop using it if you get irritation, redness or a rash, and see a doctor if it persists
• Keep away from eyes, broken skin and out of reach of children
• Alcohol-based perfume is flammable — keep it away from flame and direct heat
• Store in a cool dark place, away from sunlight
• If you are pregnant or have a known fragrance allergy, check with your doctor first

We list ingredients where our suppliers provide them, but we cannot guarantee any product is free of a specific allergen. If you have a known allergy, ask us before you order.

4. Prices

All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and [include VAT]. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay — see our Delivery & payment page.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you’ve paid for an order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price through a genuine error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Adding items to your cart and paying does not by itself form a contract — the contract begins when we confirm dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, we can’t verify your details, we can’t deliver to your address, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel after you’ve paid, you get a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept online payment only. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Pay by eSewa, Khalti, [card] or [bank transfer]. Your order is confirmed once payment clears, and nothing is reserved or held on an unpaid order.

Payment is processed by the provider on their own secure page. We don’t see or store your card or wallet details.

7. Delivery

We deliver across Nepal only, to all 77 districts. We do not ship abroad.

Timeframes and charges are on the Delivery & payment page. They’re estimates, not guarantees — couriers, weather, strikes and public holidays affect them.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel reaches you opened or damaged, don’t accept it — photograph it and message us the same day.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Before dispatch: message us and we’ll cancel and refund in full.

After delivery: because fragrance is a sealed hygiene product, we do not accept returns

9. Your account

Keep your password to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account used for fraud, resale without permission, or abuse.

10. Using the site

Don’t attempt to break into the site, scrape it, copy it, disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

All content on this site — text, photographs, our name and logo — belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

11. Our liability

We’re responsible for delivering products that match their description and are original. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for a reaction to a fragrance where you didn’t patch-test or where you had a known allergy you didn’t disclose.

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that can’t legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Things outside our control

We’re not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control — strikes, natural disasters, transport disruption, power or internet failure, or government restrictions.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of [Kathmandu] have jurisdiction over any dispute. Talk to us first — most things are settled with a message.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version live at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
