PG Forever Yours (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells attar and perfume online in Nepal. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit [pgforeveryours.com] or place an order, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, the items you bought, the amount paid, and your order history.
When you create an account: your email address, a password (stored encrypted — we never see it), and any addresses you save.
When you pay: we do not collect or store your card, wallet or bank details. Payment happens on your provider’s own secure page — eSewa, Khalti or your bank — and they send us only a confirmation that payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference.
Automatically, when you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site. This comes from cookies and similar technology.
When you contact us: whatever you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form, and our replies.
Why we use it
- To take payment, pack your order and get it delivered
- To message you about your order, and to let the courier reach you
- To manage your account and saved addresses
- To answer your questions and handle returns or complaints
- To keep records we’re required by law to keep, including tax records
- To understand which products and pages people respond to, so we stock better
- To send marketing messages — only if you’ve asked for them, and you can stop at any time
How long we keep it
Order and payment records: [7] years, as tax law requires. Account details: until you ask us to delete the account. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Analytics: [26] months.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we hold about you
- correct anything that’s wrong
- delete your account and personal information — though we must keep order and tax records for the period above
- stop sending you marketing
- stop processing your information for advertising

Keeping it safe
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, passwords are stored hashed, and access to order data is limited to the people who pack and dispatch orders. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your personal information we’ll tell you and the relevant authority without delay.
Children
This shop is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we’ll delete them.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email.
